How Does It Work
1 Select the type of Product(s) you are looking for
On the Shop Page you'll find a listing of all the products we offer. Select one or more products based on your mixing and mastering needs. Depending on the number of tracks an average a mix will take 2-3 days.
2 / How many revisions are allowed
Revisions are free with every mix. On average we will make 3 revisions to the mix. Revisions include the following:
-
volume adjustment
-
effect adjustment (i.e. more or less reverb or delay)
-
panoramic or image adjustment
Revisions DO NOT include:
-
– Adding any new arrangement
-
– Adding any new instrument
-
– Changing the structure of the song
Note: These can be added by us before mixing by requesting a recording/production service
3 / How long does it take to do a mix/master
Mixing & Mastering: 6 Business Days turnaround
Mastering only: 2 Business Days turnaround
Mixing only: 3 Business Days turnaround
4 / How do I send you my tracks and receive the mix
Click on "Sending Files" at the bottom of the page to get more information
5 / What will I receive when the services are completed
Mix & Mastering:
You will receive a Wav file (Sample rate and bit depth corresponding to your original files). If you request to add other options (such as MP3, Mastered for streaming platforms, Multi-track option or unmastered version) in your package, the files will be added to your Zip file.
Mix Only:
You will receive a Wav file (Sample rate and bit depth corresponding to your original files). If you choose to add other options (such as the Multi-track option) in your package, the files will be added to your Zip file.
Mastering Only
You will receive a Wav file (Sample rate corresponding to your original files). If you choose to add other options (such as Mastered for streaming platforms or Mp3 version) in your package, the files will be added to your Zip file.
5 / How should my tracks in preparation for mixing
We only accept WAV or AIFF files up to 24-bit / 96KHz. MP3 files do not have the audio quality we need to provide a professional mix. We always recommend to record using a 24-bit and a 96KHz sample rate. Minimal settings start at 24-bit/44.1KHz.
Ensure each track is peaking no higher than -3db before exporting. In the digital world, we can add additional loudness if needed and additional headroom will be required for a professional mix
6 / Do I have to have pristine tracks
We offer additional services such as vocal pitch correction and alignment, adding drum samples, tightening up the rhythm section. If you needs these options then please add a music production service request to your order
7 / Can I have the session and files after the mix
Of course, when you are sending us your files, just let us know that you want the “Multi-track option” and we will record all your tracks with the processing. We will send these to you with the final mix.
